When we work with you, we commit to undertake the following: § An in depth, face to face inception meeting during which we will agree with you the key aspects of the project, communications during the project, access key information from you pertinent to the project and define an initial framework for the final output or report § Depending on the nature of the project, produce and share with you either weekly or fortnightly progress reports § Develop a collection of materials utilized in the project that can be shared with you or handed over to you, ideally in electronic format § Conduct at least one dissemination of the findings of the project to you and an audience of your choosing In return, we expect you to be engaged with the project, to respond to the progress reports (even if that response is “fine, carry on!”), and to undertake any actions required for the project within the agreed timeframe. Plantagenet Consulting either undertakes projects fully itself, or calls on the services of a range of carefully selected Associates to contribute to the project, who have key skills or knowledge relevant to your issue. The range of skills we can call on includes mapping, migrant worker research, interim management, health and safety, NLP coaching, and working with young people. |
